What attracts you is determined by where you are emotionally. Your emotional state is the magnet that attracts matching energy. What you send out is what you will get back. If you are not THERE emotionally, you are not there attractively either. To work with the law of attraction and attract what you want, you have to identify what you actually feel will happen, what do you really expect? That position is your magnet. Every thought has a feeling. Thought and feeling are one. It is this feeling / thought you will inevitably manifest. It is based on the one you attract.
What does your inner
voice say to you? You need to get in touch with your inner voice to know what you really feel and think. Your inner voice is gossiping about your emotional state and what attracts you. What are you really saying to yourself. Our inner voice is often our greatest enemy. It is not uncommon for it to have limited and negative thoughts about our ability to succeed or fears that hold us back.
Remember that it's not just about wishing. You also have to stop wishing away! The universe does not respond to negations and it does not read between the lines. Clear thoughts and feelings are without a doubt the best energy to send out. The universe wants to know what you want to attract, not what you do not want to attract. The universe does not sift but everything is inbound and outbound traffic. So do not send negative energy.
Many people wonder if it's just wishing it will come? It's not really that simple. The law of attraction is not a "quick fix" but you are "in it for the long run". Living with the law of attraction is a lifestyle and not something you use as a wishlist for Santa.
For some people it is difficult to attract what they want and for others without any apparent effort. It all depends on what they send out, what they expect and what they feel. If you are used to life being simple, these are the ones you expect and then these are the ones you attract.

Books - The Secret
The American book "The Secret", which has had a great impact in the world when it comes to the law of attraction, says that if you e.g. thinks and tells you that you should get a red car and it will be so. It's not really that simple. If you do NOT FEEL on the emotional level that you will get a red car, it does not help that the intellect tries to tell itself that truth, then it does not arrive alone. It is in the soul and heart that one must feel that it will happen.
The law of karma and the law of attraction
For me, the karma law is related to the law of attraction. Both are about the universal law that what you send out you get back. What you sow you will reap. To harvest rye, you can not sow wheat. You need to consciously know what you are sowing in your life.
Being at the right energy level:
It is our job to make sure that we end up in the right energy and emotional state. We have to ask ourselves what we really feel. Because that's what the universe reads. What do we really think we can get?
It does not matter what your intellect tries to tell you that you have the opportunity to get in life if you do not really feel that you will get it. You always attract from your emotional state and not from your intellect. When you 100% feel that something is possible, then it is possible.
Ex. If you want a love partner in your life, you must be on the same energy level as others who are looking for a partner, you must also have a matching energy to attract the right person. It is you who decides which energy you respond to. You create the condition, nothing grows in barren land. What you reap in life is a reflection of what you sow. If you do not act, a similar energy comes to you, because nothing happens. For out of nothing is born nothing.
The basis of the law of attraction
What you give energy grows
Think abundance if that's what you want. The most important thing is what you put energy into because you will get more out of it. Do you put energy into e.g. be bitter, that energy will grow. Focus on what you want, not on what you do NOT want.
The Law of Attraction responds to your feelings
Anxiety attracts more anxiety, stress attracts more stress, and so on. If you feel that you have everything you want, you will attract more of what you want. If you focus on things you do not want, then these are the ones you will attract.
What you attract is reflected by your thoughts and feelings and gives you more of this. If you want to know what thoughts you are actually sending to the universe, ask yourself what you really feel and how you feel. You can not manipulate your emotions, they are always true. On the other hand, you can tell yourself that you are thinking in a certain way. It is not enough to just think right, you must also feel right.
The law of attraction and fears
Sometimes the universe knows what we need for ourselves, we do not always know where our path should lead us or what is our real goal and meaning with our path. Then it may be that the universe sends us something foreign or challenging to us. Something that makes us want to say no precisely because a fear of the new scares and not precisely because it is something bad. What is important then is to have trust. Just because you do not see the way does not mean that it is not there. Just say no to what the universe offers you because you do not want to, never out of your fear. Do not let fear be your voice.
If the Universe sends you something that you say no to because you lack confidence that you are in touch with your path and that the Universe knows what you need for your development and lets your fears speak for you, then you send out the energy - I want no, no thank you. The universe does not read between the lines, the universe interprets you literally. You're not interested. Next time, the Universe will not bother you, there are those who send out that they are interested. Do not let your fears control your choices and your life…
Life is constantly being created
Where you have been mentally for a long time is what will manifest itself, you become what you think and feel. What you have in your life today you have attracted to you like a magnet in the past. If you want to manifest new things in the future, you must behave in a new way. You need to change the frequency.
Frequencies
We are like TV masts that broadcast from different frequencies (energies). We then come in contact with the energy that we adjust to. If you want to change what you receive in your life, you have to broadcast from a new frequency. All emotions, events and thoughts have a frequency and we attract what is on the same frequency. What we think and feel responds to similar thoughts and feelings. If you work to change your energy, there will be a change in what we attract.

1) Be clear about your emotional state, because that is where you will attract.
2) Never repeat your desire, the universe understands the first time. You do not place other orders several times. If you lack confidence, the universe perceives that you are insecure, then it is the feeling you send and attract, that you do not believe that your desire will come to you.
3) Believe! you should know that what you have sent out is coming to you.
4) Be aware that there is an abundance of everything in the universe.
5) You do not need to know how, it is enough that you know it will come.
6) Work with visualization and affirmations. In this way, you increase your focus and reprogram yourself. Visualize your desire, the brain feels no difference between thoughts and what is really happening.
7) Gratitude attracts more to be grateful for, focus on what you have to be grateful for in your life. Thank you when positive things happen.
8) Do not want idiotic stuff. If you are not serious, it is the energy you send out that you will then get back.
9) Your desires do not always come back in the form you intended.
10) Remember that the universe may have a better plan for you than you hope to have.
11) Instead of formulating a specific wish, you can ask for a next step regarding the question you are wondering about.
12) Take responsibility for what you want, if it is not in your life path, your desire can delay and set obstacles in what is on the way in.
13) Never involve other people in your desire. If it is not in their way of life, they can mess it up both for you and the other person. One should be careful and not try to change other people's life paths.
14) Just because you want something, it is not certain that it is the best for you. Be aware that you do not see the whole perspective from where you are right now.
15) No negatives such as "I DON'T WANT" or "DO NOT WANT" may appear in your wish. When you post negations, it is perceived as a double message, do you want what you send or not? The universe does not respond to what it does NOT want and therefore does not understand the spirit meaning.
16) Do not split the energy - Only let the universe receive your desire. Do not split the energy by sharing it with others. The universe should experience that it is only his thing to give you what you want. If you give energy to others, not only the universe is the recipient.
What does not attract what you want:

Your feelings about your possibilities change and so does your emotional state. Give this exercise the time it needs to succeed. Attract - wish - Do as follows:
1) Relax - Light a candle and feel free to turn on some relaxing meditation music. Sit comfortably, take a few deep breaths, relax and put yourself in a meditative state.
